Last Updated: [Feb 24, 2025]

1. Commitment to Child Safety

AimChat is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and have implemented comprehensive safety measures to detect, prevent, and report any violations. Our platform is designed to foster positive and respectful interactions, and we do not tolerate any form of harmful or inappropriate behavior.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in or sharing content related to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any form of content involving the abuse or exploitation of minors, including images, videos, text, or any media.
  • Child Grooming: Any attempt to befriend a minor for the purpose of exploitation, both online and offline.
  • Sexualization of Minors: Any imagery, messages, or media that depict or encourage the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Sextortion & Blackmail: Threatening, coercing, or blackmailing users—especially minors—into sharing explicit content or engaging in inappropriate interactions.
  • Child Trafficking: Any attempt to solicit, advertise, or facilitate the commercial exploitation of minors.

Violations of these policies will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and cooperation with child protection organizations.

3. In-App Reporting & Moderation

AimChat provides an in-app reporting system that allows users to flag and report content or behavior that violates our Safety Standards Policy. Users can:

  • Report inappropriate messages, media, or interactions directly within the app.
  • Block and mute users engaging in harmful behavior.
  • Submit complaints that will be reviewed by our Trust & Safety Team within 24 hours.

Additionally, AimChat actively moderates user-generated content (UGC) through automated detection tools and human review processes to ensure compliance with child safety laws.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

AimChat strictly adheres to international child safety laws and regulations, including:

  • Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy
  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) Guidelines
  • U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for children’s data protection in the EU

Any confirmed CSAM violations will be immediately reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Child Safety Contact

AimChat has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to handle all child protection-related concerns and communications.

Contact Information:

  • Child Safety Officer: Trust & Safety Team
  • Email: info@aimchat.com
  • Phone (if applicable): +1 714 400-2936

This contact is responsible for receiving and addressing reports of child safety violations and will work closely with law enforcement and industry partners to maintain platform integrity.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

We take violations of child safety policies seriously. Any user found to be engaging in CSAE-related activities will face:

  • Immediate removal of content and account suspension.
  • Permanent ban from AimChat.
  • Reporting to relevant child safety organizations and law enforcement.

If you believe a child is in danger or has been subject to abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement agency or a child protection organization such as NCMEC immediately.
